There are two fully equipped kitchens for you to cook a meal after a long day in the city, or there are tons of take-out options within a short walk! We also have a large outdoor patio with furniture and string lights to help you get some rest and relaxation with an amazing roof deck on second floor. We travel someplace different each year and this year we choose Philadelphia. We travel from all over and meet together for a fun weekend with friends. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with but I wish that we had known that this is 2 separate units with some very steep stairs to the 3rd floor two bedrooms that only 2 women in the group could or wanted to climb the stairs. The outside areas need some work as they were unusable with weeds and moss growing. We felt it was unsafe to use. We used Uber to get around and that was easy. Grocery store was not nearby so we took an Uber and an Empty suitcase to the grocery store. ##### Jan L. There are 2 units with the bigger one being upstairs. If you have mobility issues, be warned. The steps are steep. My family wouldn't let me try to climb them so my husband and i stayed in the downstairs unit. Bith units are lovely, with modern kitchens, but unit 1 is much smaller.
