Hello Mark,Thank you for your time leaving the survey. Sorry if you did not get a welcome bag with water and snack. I just wanted to inform you that we give welcome bags only to silver, gold and diamond guests who booked directly with Hilton. Unfortunately, when you book through a third party you do not get Hilton honors privileges.

We apologize for this overwhelming experience. Please be assured, we take these claims very serious. There are protocols put in place to follow up on these claims and we are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our guest.
