NEW thunder white granite kitchen countertop with 3/8 edge. Also an additional 4 foot slap of thunder white granite countertop installed under the kitchen window for added countertop space. 4"x4" imported handmade, ceramic, custom Talavera design Spanish styled kitchen backsplash with 33 different handmade tiles and 97 custom handmade tiles. Gorgeous Behr dolphin blue kitchen cabinet color with new brass cabinet hardware. New luxury kitchen vessel style copper sink with luxury, high end faucet and drain installed in the new kitchen granite counter tops. New luxury bathroom faucet with polished exotic polished spa pebbles. 9.9.2019, New bathroom toilet and new PVC storm drain configuration, removing the old cast-iron drain installed when the house was built in 1920. Loads of history and tours can be arranged blocks way at the Germantown Historical Society! Now, the area includes diverse population groups from around the globe, adding to our community. Welcome to Ashmead Pl.! 5 beds, plus sofa, 3 bedroom brick home. Sleeps 7 comfortably and up to 10 if guests add their air mattresses for big groups. 2 twin beds can be put side by side to transform to 1 king size bed. So, each bedroom can then accommodate one couple, or 3 couples total in the 3 bedrooms plus 1 guest to sleep on sofa. Carpet is professionally cleaned. On the other hand, there were quite a few things that weren’t quite accommodating. One of the beds wasn’t usable and I would have like to have been warned about it prior. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 2/10 Terrible #### Darryl J., Binghamton, NY 28 Sept 2017 #### Not what the Dr. Ordered Booked this place for my Brother-in-law, as I told him it was better to have a house than a hotel room...when your traveling with 4 children....When they arrived at this location, they were not happy at all....described it a being in the projects....not at all how it was described in the posting...very scetchy neighborhood, a single door with a padlock on it seperating one unit from another. They ended up going to a hotel and getting rooms, where they felt safe. Also, the posting said it was close to Seaseme St. park.....not so much.
