There was a big draft coming upstairs since it was very cold when we stayed and the stairs are right off of the kitchen making us a little nervous with a 3 year old running around. This property is exactly as listed! We stayed to be close to CHOP for hospital appointments & it is a great location for that as well as anything in Philadelphia. EVERYTHING we did was 20min or less away. Sometimes we drove but mostly used Uber which is cheap & always many drivers around so our longest wait was 5min. We walked to a grocery store I think 2 blocks away as well as several restaurants! Easy walk & flat sidewalks. The townhome is very clean, organized & well stocked. The kitchen has utensils, plates, glasses, etc. The bathroom has hotel style shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the shower. Plenty of towels. Thermostat was the easiest I’ve ever used. TV was easy to operate as well, including wifi! Very quiet neighborhood day & night. School was in session but not loud (no school buses so none of those loud noises). Beautiful rear flower garden! It was hot during our stay, but we slept cool inside and still very much enjoyed the gorgeous, shady garden. Our host Ivy was very helpful and responsive. We would love to return! ##### Rachael T.
