I stayed here with three of my friends while visiting Philadelphia for a sporting event . We had an amazing time ! Danni is an incredible host and very responsive as well as extremely hospitable . The rooftop area is very nice . The house is very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was straightforward and I was able to find nearby street parking for free for the weekend . The townhouse itself is exceptional; it was clean, stylish and modern, and had all the amenities my family and I needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and our kids got a kick out of sleeping on the fold-out beds. Parking is a bit of a chore, but once we were settled, everything we needed was within walking distance or a short Uber. Fairmount has plenty of restaurants and bars so that we were occupied at night, and the playground across the street kept the kids' attention. Even more than the great property, Danni was an outstanding hostess. She answered calls and email within minutes and offered comprehensive responses to our questions. Moreover, she was incredibly welcoming: there were cookies for the kids, adult beverages for Mom and Dad, and a handwritten, personalized note to welcome us.
