Here Are A Few Kind Words From Our Past Guests: "My family and I really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again. Great neighborhood, very walkable, and the place itself was lovely. What really made it stand out to us as a family with young children was all the amenities available for kids like the stair gate, high chair, pack and play, books, etc. it really saved us a ton of packing. Game room in the basement was a hit with my husband and daughter. Hosts were very responsive and responded to all questions and concerns immediately, and also reached out multiple times throughout the stay to make sure we were doing OK. The location was absolutely perfect. There were a ton of fantastic restaurants close by within walking distance and the drive to the center was only 18 minutes. Mostly used house for downtime… slept 5 adults comfortablely but we did use a borrowed blow up bed. Enough space in living room to all gather to watch tv. Our stay in Philadelphia was lovely, the location was perfect and very central to the places we wanted to go (driving was usually 15 min or less!). Parking was a challenge, but that was expected from the listing description and the location in general. Hosts were super responsive to any questions we had, and they made the stay incredibly easy. The house fit our family of four perfectly, a comfortable lodging with plenty of space for us to eat and sleep. Super fun to stay in such a skinny home! Since they had never been to the city before, we thought it would be a great opportunity to show them around. The house exceeded our expectations in every way; it was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and situated in an ideal location. The hosts were exceptionally hospitable. There are numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance, offering a diverse array of cuisines. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we look forward to returning. ##### Freddie E. Would stay again. We loved the location in Fairmount. It was walkable to the bus lines that we used to get around the city. We were concerned that we would not be able to find parking, but we found parking on the street everyday even when we returned late. The space was clean and the owners checked in on our first day. I had a question about one shower. They responded within minutes. The shower needed a repair and they were able to fix it the same day with updates on the progress throughout the day. They were really invested in our stay being comfortable and hassle free. ##### Courtney R. Two adults with an 18, 19 and 20 year old. There was plenty of room for us all. The house was very clean and the restrooms/shower were wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The game room was an extra bonus space where we liked to have Pac Man competition at the end of the day!! We walked to several restaurants during our stay. We had a car rental. I thought it would be tough to find on street parking as a lot of cars are parked on the street, but no matter the time of day, even late at night, we were always able to get a spot close to the house. If I ever go back, we will definitely stay here again. ##### Windy B. We walked in to a very clean, spacious, non-cluttered and cool home! Our family of 6 stayed here for two nights as we were in town for a family wedding. We were able to do some sightseeing on foot as well. We had brought food to prepare for breakfast and I felt comfortable working in the kitchen because it was super clean! The home is very tastefully decorated and it was comforting to see extra trash bags, paper towels, soap, shampoo, etc. There were also stand up fans in every bedroom and an ironing board and a clothing steamer. The neighborhood is quaint and very safe. At no time did we ever feel uncomfortable. Gabe was easy to communicate with and always available if needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! It is located in Fairmount on a wonderful street with no limitation on parking duration. We were able to find a close parking space each day after returning from either treatments at the Perelman center (only 18 minutes away by car going straight down 21st street and across Walnut to 34th), or from our adventures sightseeing in Phili. The house is spotless and extremely comfortable. We can highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for an alternative to staying at one of the hotels downtown close to the hospitals. It was also extremely easy to reach out and get answers to any questions including an alternative way to connect to the WiFi when the first connection failed to work as plan. Since we are also walkers, we were able to walk to the Old City and back again to this house when the weather was nice. It is quite safe to do and is only around 2 1/2 miles away.
