Immediately after booking, received a list of questions about intentions, size of group, reason for trip, etc. That was a new experience and a little off putting for a group who wasn’t planning to trash the place. Less than a week before the trip, we received check in instructions that included curfew for rooftop deck being 9pm. Again, a little off putting especially when it is one of the biggest selling points of the property. Day of, I received notification that check in needed to be late. We were let in about 35 minutes late (3:35pm). Not a huge deal but when we arrived, sheets on the beds were wet to the touch through to the mattress and trash was piled up outside. The house is lovely, clean, and comfortable for our party of 8 adults. It was just what we needed to relax, since our family was traveling in from 3 different States. We chose the house because it was centrally located between Miller’s theater and the Philly’s Stadium. Those places were where both graduation ceremonies were taking place. The only issue we had was not being able to locate an iron in the house, but we did find an ironing board.
