  • Welcome to our charming home in the heart of the University City of Philadelphia! This cozy house is just 2 blocks away from the UPenn campus and only a 10-minute walk to the Drexel campus. The house is just a minute away from both the train and bus SEPTA line. You're only minutes away from amazing restaurants, shops, and activities. Despite its proximity, this Street is very peaceful and quiet. Our welcoming home is thoughtfully designed to ensure your comfort and convenience during your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this stylish house in University City! The backyard was a lovely spot to relax, the bathroom was spacious, and the sofa bed was very comfortable. I especially loved the big mirror on the second floor, it added such a nice touch to the house.The location was convenient for everywhere we needed to go, with Center City, UPenn, Drexel, and the hospitals all nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Abdur’s property in University City! My family and friends stayed for two days, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.The house was extremely clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is fantastic, just a block away from UPenn and only about a 2-minute walk to public transportation, which made getting around Philadelphia incredibly easy.One of our favorite parts of the property was the backyard. It was beautiful and provided the perfect space for everyone to relax, hang out, and enjoy time together.Abdur was a great host, and everything about our stay was smooth and welcoming. The combination of cleanliness, location, comfort, and outdoor space made this an amazing experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Philadelphia! 5 stars all around!
