The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please throw used towels and linen in the bathtub. Please clean and put away soiled tableware. Please empty cabinets of all food products.
Clean outdoor grill after each use.
Be sure hot tub is left running ON. (DO NOT TURN OFF!)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Smoking and vaping are allowed outdoors only. Smoking indoors will result in a $150 fee. Detection devices are installed to monitor smoking activity.
Please keep pets off beds and furniture. Pet beds are provided. Walk pets at the street curb. Pet waste will incur a $100 cleanup fee.
The hot tub is unavailable during the months November through February. Do not use oils or lotions. Leave hot tub running to maintain temperature.
