I didn't like not being told the parking garage was not connected and I would need to park and walk with my luggage I had to ask Also parking price was misleading i was told with validation 39.99 if i stayed parked 55 in and out I didn't move my parking was $102

We enjoyed our stay. Clean room, kind staff, perfect walking distance to the concert venue we were in town to get to. Wish there was a better parking situation, but with it being Philly, that’s what you get.

Great little place! The high ceilings make the rooms feel larger! Lots of coffee all day long!!! Clean and great water pressure in the showers. Lots of towels and bright enough light in the bathroom to actually see and do makeup properly!!! Walking distance to anything you want to see in downtown. Saved so much in transportation costs staying here! I’d definitely stay there again!

Front desk employee Shantelle very rude and should not be working in hospitality. Guest are traveling in town for a good experience during their travel. Shantelle gives customers a hard way to go about any need. I personally experienced it and observed her as I was also checking out treating other customers the same.

I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean, the staff was nice and professional. I just wish my room had a mini fridge. But other than that. Its a must stay in thd heart of everything.

Came in town for conference. Check in was fast and efficient. The room was small but clean. During check out had the opportunity to meet Dermot. Super warm and welcoming. He was extremely help with getting me a parking voucher and recommending breakfast in the area. Definitely a gem at CQ. Can’t wait to book again.

The room was kinda small but it worked! The bathroom was also very small and did not have an electrical outlet. However, I didn’t hear a lot of external noise and the staff were extremely friendly and professional!

I would not recommend room 210 due to several issues experienced during my stay. Despite turning off the AC, the furnace emitted a very loud noise every 10 minutes. Additionally, the TV was non-functional. Furthermore, the room's proximity to the main door resulted in disruptive noise from guests entering the hall throughout the night. Although the cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, my daughter and I were unable to rest or utilize the amenities comfortably. Attempts to address these concerns with the lobby were unsuccessful, and upon checkout, no satisfactory resolution was provided. Additionally, the advertised parking discount was not applied, resulting in full payment.
