If it turns out that smoking was taking place in the property during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $300 in penalties. Minimum age: The minimum age for guests listed on the reservation is 24\. By making a reservation, you guarantee that you are at least 24 years old and that you are legally able and authorized to do so. This was a great option to spend time together instead of multiple hotel rooms. The location is great for access to the heart of the Main Line. The property is an older home that is up to date.
