You will be at the center of unique Philly attractions that can satisfy anyone from the foodie, history buff to the experienced traveler! Guests are astonished at the quietness of this cozy getaway for being in view of South Street as they enter the gated alley to the end unit. Entering into the kitchen with the patio off to the left - guests can enjoy a meal at the marble dining table, enjoy afternoon tea or coffee or simply enjoy the outdoors on your private patio. Climb the spiral steps to be greeted with one of the home's original stained glass windows and the beautiful master bedroom that is fully furnished with a queen-sized mattress dressed with soft linens and a down comforter to elevate your sleeping experience. Pillows (hard and soft) with extra plush blankets are found in the ample closet space. Right outside the master bedroom is the full bathroom with newly remodeled marble shower tiles and a vanity area. Fresh towels are neatly folded in the linen closet for easy access. Then, make your way up to the third floor which is set up as a living space with a gorgeous yellow couch converting into a sleeper sofa along with a two convertible chairs that turn into twin sized beds to maximize sleeping space with added pillows and blankets in the closet. A ROKU 43-inch flat-screen television equipped with apps like Netflix, Hulu, and Disney rests in perfect view of the couch. Need to finish some work? No problem! We have a desk space and books to read. Down the steeper spiral steps off of of the kitchen, guests enter the basement which has been styled as a second bedroom equipped with a full sized bed and another 43" flat-screen TV. We supply toiletries, towels, pillows, and linens down to recyclable bags for groceries. Rather eat out? At the end of the block, there is Rally coffee shop and at the other end is a craft beer locale with a great menu -sit inside or outdoors. Down one block is the Fitzwater Cafe for a delicious breakfast and brunch menu.
