Although the house was beautiful and very clean, the check-in experience was extremely frustrating. The host delayed providing the entry code well past check-in time and refused to release it even after payment was completed. While security cameras are understandable, the extent of surveillance was not properly disclosed. The host repeatedly questioned whether we would be having a party simply because the booking was on New Year’s, which appeared to influence the refusal to provide access. This lack of transparency and delay significantly impacted our experience. Other than that, the home was beautiful and we truly loved our stay.
