This is a good property for a few nights, but not something I would recommend for vacationing. What is best about the property is that because it is attached to the casino there is always activity and staff on duty to assist. There is also a ton of security, so even coming back late there was no concern for safety.

My family and I had an all around good stay. Rooms were good, quiet in the room, clean rooms and bathroom., staff was very helpful, valet made life great with all the raun from the weekend.

The lighting in the bathroom was very limited. Improved lighting is strongly suggested.

Loved this hotel. I stayed in room 1404 at the stardust tower on Saturday. Very clean and quiet spot. Vinay from the front desk was super nice and friendly! He was very helpful and had a smile on his face always. If I stay in king of Prussia again it will for sure be here.

The security and staff were nice. I didn't like that i had to put up a $100 security deposit up front. I did get it back the next day but they should claim that from the beginning

the suite rooms are nice, some have separate living rooms and bedroom. I do like to dual air condition units. I don't like the shower area. There is NO fan cutoff so it constantly runs and therefore you hear a hum the entire time. There is only a glass half-wall for the shower that lets water to splash all over the floor. Yes there is a towel for the floor but it's annoying to get out of the shower onto a wet towel or mat.

It was run down the place is old . The food venues they had on site was not open to public all private venue . I went and had to get my own towels . This place sucked and will never stay there nor will I recommend them to anyone . I don’t care if they gave me a free room don’t waste your time or money. Period

It was a great stay. Me and my wife had a great time.had dinner near by, hit the casino for a few hours, had some drinks and off to our room we went. Definitely will be booking another stay there very soon...

Me and my friends came up to Pennsylvania to go to Pennhurst and decided to stay overnight at this casino hotel.
The property is huge and a bit overwhelming at first, but there was plenty of staff around and they were willing to answer questions.
Room was clean. Can’t wait to stay here again. We had a blast!

I attended an event at this hotel, unrelated to the casino. The main issue I had was the lack of good food options in the hotel, particularly for breakfast. Most of their restaurants are really spots in a fast food court that do not open early. Vegetarian options are almost nonexistent and the food from "the tavern" was bad. The rooms were clean and spacious but the corridors had a weird smell.

Me and My fiancé don’t get out often because we have younger children. And for our to have our staycation there was not worth going out. There GSA where more than nice . But that older Gentleman bartender was more than rude. He rushed us to order food because the kitchen was closing and I understand. But the way he was yelling at us made me feel like a child. We asked for waters he gave us these little bottles. I ordered Nachos . I let him know the sour cream was missing half way through my meal he brings out sour cream.. I was so ready to leave that place but my fiancé was hungry. The shower had a bunch of hair in the shower stall and dried shampoo on the wall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was hair in the potatoes. I found a long one in mines. The bad part was they didn’t even switch them out after I let them know it was hair in them. We sat ourselves which was fine. It’s just nothing that says self serve or self sit. The Casino was cool . The hotel side need to step there game up. This experience for me was horrible !!!!!!

There are dried blood on the pillow case (I have a picture) and there was absolutely no hot water at all in the shower this morning.
