Welcome to our newly remodeled two story cozy townhome, boasting 1100 sq ft of comfortable living space. Whether you`re here for business or pleasure, this townhome is the perfect home base for your trip. We have two spacious bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and another room with a Double bed and Living Room with a sofa bed. The whole townhome has two full bathrooms and a powder room, allowing us to accommodate up to 6 guests in ultimate comfort.

Our location is just a 5-minute radius away from shopping centers, the expressway, top golf courses, and much more! We also offer hassle-free check-in, with a door code entrance that allows you to come and go as you please and change passcodes for every booking.

Our town home is equipped with all the amenities needed to make you feel at home. We also have two car parking spaces. No pets and no smoking allowed.

As our guest, you will have access to the entire townhome using your unique door code. You`ll be able to enjoy the comfortable living space and all of its amenities. The townhome also features a private, fenced grassy backyard for you to relax in.

Our townhome is located in a convenient and desirable neighborhood. The area is known for its proximity to major freeways, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Whether you`re here for business or pleasure, you`ll appreciate the variety of nearby amenities. HUMMINGBIRD APARTMENTS – HOUSE RULES

Welcome to Hummingbird Apartments! We’re happy to have you as our guest. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review and follow the house rules below.

1. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out must be requested and approved in advance and is subject to availability.

2. PRE-CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS

To ensure a smooth and secure arrival, guests may be required to complete our pre-check-in process before receiving property access instructions, in accordance with applicable booking policies.

Depending on the reservation, this may include providing a valid government-issued photo ID, completing identity verification, and providing a $100 refundable security deposit where applicable.

Any applicable security deposit will be refunded following check-out and property inspection, provided there are no damages, missing items, or outstanding charges. Refund processing generally begins within 3 days after check-out.

3. PARKING

Guests must park only in designated or authorized parking spaces. Please do not block driveways, neighboring vehicles, entrances, or access areas. All guests are expected to follow parking regulations and respect other residents.

4. REGISTERED GUESTS, VISITORS, AND NOISE

Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Unregistered visitors are not allowed.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, including children.

Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect neighboring residents and avoid excessive noise at all times.

5. CHILD SAFETY

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children`s safety and conduct throughout their stay.

6. PET POLICY

NO PETS ALLOWED.

7. NO-SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, and all other smoking products.

A $500 smoking violation fee may apply, subject to applicable laws and booking platform policies.

8. PROPERTY SAFETY AND ENERGY CONSERVATION

Please securely lock all doors and close windows whenever leaving the property.

Turn off lights, televisions, and other electronics when not in use. Use air conditioning, heating, and electrical appliances responsibly.

9. DAMAGES AND PROPERTY CARE

Guests are expected to treat the apartment, furniture, appliances, and amenities with care.

Please report any damages, breakages, or maintenance issues immediately so necessary repairs or replacements can be arranged.

Do not move furniture between rooms or rearrange heavy furniture.

Guests may be held responsible for damages, missing items, or additional cleaning costs resulting from misuse, negligence, or violations of house rules, subject to applicable booking policies.
