Phantasea Tropical Botanical Garden

Breakfast was not included, the front desk staff was rude. The seaweed was so bad you couldn’t swim had to go elsewhere and spend more money. The smell from the seaweed was so bad it was hard to breath, eat, and sleep. What would have been nice if we were informed of the seaweed problem before booking, being that it is known every year I was told this happens from April through December. There was a noise pollution rule but yet a rooster was yelling alllllll night long. No room service at all had to clean your own room. I had such a horrible experience very not worth the money. The restaurant didn’t have wide variety of food selection. Waitress were very polite and nice. NEVER AGAIN.. I’m so upset. At lest give ppl discounted rate during these months the smell o my God was just really really bad. Bad for ppl health just bad.
