The service was great to check in people were absolutely lovely had a nice breakfast in the morning. The staff was very helpful. We stayed in a bungalow unit the bed was huge for the size of the room. Pool was nicely located right by the beach. Great seating available on the beach as well. Breakfast was huge, fresh and hot. On the final morning we had to leave early for a bus and they packed it for us to go. English speaking staff on duty at front desk. But the dining area was so outdated and really unclean. There was also constant excessive noise at the hotel from other guests as well as staff. The housekeeping also came to clean my room just after 8am which was far too early as I had just woken up. The pool area was nice to have but the pool was separated weirdly by a metal gate in the middle of the pool to keep kids safe. There also weren’t any umbrellas by the pool so I couldn’t sit there for more than 5 minutes. The hotel is in serious need of an upgrade. Excellent service, friendly staff, nice garden, tasty food and breakfast, great pool. Standard room was ok, cleand and nice little terrace. Morgenmaden var fin. Vi bookede et standard værelse og der var for meget gadestøj, så vi betalte 10 usd. for en opgradering (superior) og det hjalp. Das Hotel ist in einem extrem veralteten Zustand. Am Privatstrand stinkt es, es liegt Müll herum, überall sind tote Fische, Fäkalien und etliche Krebse- sogar eine Schlange ist knapp neben mir vom Baum gefallen. Nebenan sind bis spät in die Nacht (23 Uhr) Baustellen- und Karaokelärm! Personal - bis auf den Manager- unfreundlich und lustlos . Das Hotel liegt weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Frühstück alt und lieblos. Matratze hatte noch den Folienschutz herum! Das nächste Mal würden eher in ein günstiges Guesthaus ziehen. Problem ist jedoch, dass auch alle typischen Nebeneffekte vorhanden sind. Der gesamte Küstenbereich ist auf überwiegend russisches Publikum ausgerichtet, die kein Wort englisch sprechen, aber erwarten, dass man russisch spricht. Die Liegen am Strand werden frühmorgens belegt und stehen dann tagsüber meist ungenutzt herum, bis die "Besitzer" mal für zwei Stunden zum Strand kommen und ihre Liege dann in Beschlag nehmen. Die Englischkenntnisse des Hotelpersonals sind in jeder Hinsicht ausbaufähig. Aus den vorgenannten Gründen besteht offensichtlich wenig Grund für das Management, dies zu ändern. Lugnt och mysigt. Rent rum. Lite litet, men det räckte. Lite "småtrött" folk i receptionen. De var inte så bra på engelska. Jättetrevligt folk i restaurangen. Maten var helt ok. Inte den bästa frukosten, men det beror på vad man är ute efter. Det fanns mest vietnamesiska alternativ. Hotellet hyrde ut mopeder, vilket var bra eftersom man fick åka en bit för att komma in till centrum. Stranden nedanför hotellet var ren och iordninggjord, men bara man gick en bit bort på stranden låg det hur mycket skräp som helst. Vattnet var inte heller jättefräscht. The morning breakfast was decent, but nothing special, although the freshly made omelette and pancakes was a big bonus. The pool and beach were beautiful, but again not anything special compared to other places in Vietnam. The staff were really friendly and also the tour shop and mini market infront of the hotel were great. I can recommend the first little restaurant, with a world map on the wall, it was on the left side if you go out of the hotel, and the food was delicious and the girl was really sweet. The huge minus is the location of the hotel.. There's nothing but 1-2 really small restaurants and a few small shops, otherwise you'll need taxi to the center of Mui Ne. Es uns dort sehr ut gefallen, obwohl der vom Resort zugesagte Shuttle-Service vom Flughafen Ho Chi Minh zum Resort nicht geklappt hat (Fahrzeug traf nach vielen Telefonaten 3 Stunden später ein). Die 3 Stunden Wartezeit am Fluhafen warenb´besondersfür die Kinder nicht angenehm. Wir wurden aber durch Quartier, Lage (Meer und Pool) und den sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Service entschädigt. Dabei möchte ich besonders Kim von der Rezeption hervorheben. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder hinfahren. ##### Peter ### 8/10 Good #### Christina 6 Jan 2013 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Nettes, kleines Resort, ideal zum Entspannen Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im Hotelgebäude mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer war groß genug für 4 Personen, sehr sauber und alles war sehr nett angelegt. Schöner Garten, kleiner Pool, reicht aber, das Meer ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Es ist kein Luxus-Resort aber alles ist gepflegt und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Strand ist relativ schmal aber man kann kilometerweit laufen, wenn man möchte. Direkt am Strand gibt es Hütten, in denen man sich massieren lassen kann, und früh morgens kann man beobachten, wie die Fischernetze an Land gezogen werden. Umliegend gibt es in wenigen Metern Entfernung kleine Lokale und auch Souvenirshops und man kann Getränke,Obst und Snacks kaufen. Eine richtige "City" konnten wir nicht ausmachen, aber ein paar Kilometer entfernt ist es deutlich dichter mit Restaurants, Shops, Bars... besiedelt und auch ein bisschen trubeliger. Man kann entweder für wenig Geld einen Roller mieten, mit dem Taxi fahren oder den Bus nehmen. Überall werden Touren angeboten. Nur wenige Meter entfernt gibt es den Fairy Stream, man kann vom Strand durch den Bach waten bis man zu einem kleinem Wasserfall kommt. Der Weg ist traumhaft schön!!! Auf der einen Seite Urwald auf der anderen rote und weiße Sandsteinfelsen. Wer an anderer Stelle noch nicht davon gelesen hat, Mui Ne ist fest in russischer Hand, alles ist auf vietnamesich, russisch und englisch. Das Frühstück ist o.k.
