Har bott många gånger på hoetellet så det är lite av nostalgi. Räkna dessvärre inte med några 5 stjärnor vad gäller service då hotellet huvudsakligen inriktar sig mot asiatiska gäster och därför är engelskan mycket bristfälligt. Rummen är rena och rymliga och poolerna är stora och rena. Man är nästintill helt själva på området förutom på helgerna då många vietnameser kommer och bor över helgen. På området finns en anlagd sjö där man kan hyra spö och fiska samt det finns ett vinslott där man kan göra en rundtur och prova vin. ( Tracy som jobbar i vinslottet är supergullig och pratar bra engelska! ) Frukosten är enligt min mening väldigt bra med mycket att välja på både från det västländska och asiatiska köket. The staff are always careless, chattering. 3) isolated location on the hill, but the hotel has free-shuttle bus to the sea-side shopping street(6am -6pm). The only thing they do when you check in Is tell how much money they are going to charge you If you break any rules or loose a card key, after the check in they also kept insisting that I showed them the booking email from the website... I don't really get it since they obviously already had our reservation in our emails... I stay in over 100 hotels during a year, and this is without a doubt the worst and least welcoming reception staff I have ever encountered. The rest of the staff is ok, but the level of English is zero. The breakfast is like a zoo where everything is always finished or about to be finished. The beach area is a buggy ride from the hotel and not very clean, although it seems all of Muine is like this..... the only nice thing about the hotel is the pool, quite big and with enough space for everyone.
