리조트에서 예약확인이안된다고 개고생했네요

지난주에 호텔스닷컴 이용해서 베트남에 다녀왔는데 정말최악의 여행이 되서 다녀왔습니다. 예약정보가 없다고하더라구요. 같이간 일행들은 다른곳통해 예약해서 불편없이 체크인다했는데 호텔스닷컴 통해예약한 저희가족은 예약정보가 확인되지않아 한시간이상 짐바리바리싸들고 더워죽겠는데 애기 둘안고 기다릴수밖에 없었어요. 너무 짜증나고 화가나서 로밍도 안한 상태에서 한국 호텔스닷컴에 전화해서 확인해달랬더니 한참뒤 다시 전화하는 얘기가 저희쪽엔 예약정보가있는데 왜 안넘어간지 모르겠다는 이야기만 하시더군요? 그럼 저희보고 어쩌라는겁니까?? 말도안통하는데 그렇게 한참을 기다리다가 리조트직원이 불러서 갔더니 더 황당한건 방을 주겠는데 1박은 00호에서 자고 다음날은 00호에서 옮겨서 자라고하더라구요?? 저희가 4식구라 짐도많고 수영을해서 젖은짐도많고한데 매일 방을 옮겨서 자라니요 장난합니까?? 일행들은 짐풀고 쉬다가 다음일정때문에 다 나왔는데 저희는 방에 가지도못하고 결국 그날 계획한 무이네 선셋투어는 돈만날리고 하지도못했습니다. 그리고 선셋못하고 선라이즈로 하는바람에 애기들은 하루종일 피곤해죽으려하고 저희는 그 짜증받아주느라 여행은 할수도없었구요. 정말 여행내내 화가나서 참을수가없었구요 여행은 다녀왔지만 금전적인 피해도 있었고 환불받고싶은 마음뿐입니다. 어떻게 조치해주실건가요?

무이네 로터스빌리지리조트랑 헷갈려서 묵은곳입니다ㅋ 참고하시구요 위치는 메인거리와 떨어져있어요 리조트앞에 오토바이렌탈샵있어서 오토바이빌려서 다니면 좋습니다~ 리조트내 인적서비스는 거의 무에 가깝습니다 불친절하다 친절하다 이런느낌 없구요ㅋㅋ 아마 아직 서비스에 대한 개념이 없으신듯

Gia đình tôi đã có những ngày nghỉ tuyệt vời tại khách sạn. Nhưng tiệc buffet bbq hải sản vào ngày 1/2 đã làm chúng tôi hơi thất vọng, với giá vé là 750.000 cho mỗi thành viên, gồm 5 người trong gia đình chúng tôi, nhưng các món ăn ít và khá sơ sài. Và đó lại là tiệc Buffet bắt buộc, chúng tôi được thông báo sau khi đã đặt phòng. Khách sạn đưa những người khách như chúng tôi vào thế đã rồi.

リゾート気分を味わえる素敵なホテル

市街地とは少し離れているものの、プライベートビーチ、プールもついており、ロケーションが最高です！（市街地までタクシーで5分から10分ほどです。） 海を見ながら見る朝食は、気分も高まります。 客室も、十分な広さがあり、快適に過ごすことができました。

Toan bo khu vuc khach san duoc cham soc rat chu dao, cay xanh, bai co ,hoa no khap noi that nhu tren thien duong ay. Nhan vien phuc vu rat niem no, gap nhau la cuoi than thien. chung toi thay thoai mai nhu o nha minh vay. Cam on cac ban da cho chung toi mot ky nghi tuyen voi.

Fantastisk Hotel

Vi Ble møtt i taxi av en som tok koffertene våre ned på rommet. Hele hotellet å Hotel område var ett paradis. God frokost, god middag på restsurant, ute kino, å hyggelig personale . Reist mye i 18 land å aldri opplever så bra service

Common areas were really well maintenaned. The beach is rocky so you have to walk a few minutes. Pool is great. Breakfast is great. Staff is very friendly. However, reception staffs are a bit insistent on the excursions that are well overpriced. You should definitely rent a motorbike at the little shop right in front of the hotel to get to the "main" area which is just a few minutes away. Very useful too to get to all the main attractions in the region.

Don't do the extras tours

Everything worked out ok. Watch out hotel will sell extra tours. When they take you to Sand dunes. They only drop you off you have to pay more money to be driven up to them. It's to far of a walk

Good value with potential

Quiet location is great. Pool and restaurant very good. The only things letting the place down are: some (not all) grumpy staff; some ordinary joinery in cupboards; & pool lounge mats that could be in better condition. Nevertheless, still worth the visit.

Lotus Muine - great hotel, weak location

Hotel -beautifully maintained, lovely secluded setting, nice sea view, fantastic, swimming pool, very satisfied Restaurant (Moon Bar)- buffet breakfast is average, often very busy and stock not replenished regularly. I was bored of it after two days, dinner below average to terrible, over priced, portions of food sometimes very small. Cocktails terrible. Every night at 7pm they show a movie on the lawn outside the restaurant. Its a cool idea but its so bloody noisy. Who needs James Bond guns and explosions blasting out when you're trying to have a romantic meal for two. Staff - hotel staff are very attentive and try really hard to help with mixed results. Location - the price you pay for peace and quiet and seclusion by the beach is the proximity to the rest of the town. You'll need to get a taxi to the main road where all the restaurants and bars are. It will cost around 3 USD to get to the centre of town each way by taxi. We walked it one day and it took 45 minutes. There is nothing near the hotel except one local restaurant with shop. Shop is a good option for buying beer and water but didn't eat there.

호텔은 신축이라 깨끗하고 좋아요 정원도 잘가꾸어졌고 객실도 깨끗하고 편해요 직원도 친절하구요 다만 중심가라우너무 멀어요ㅠ 호텔주변에 정말 아무덧도 없습니다 무조건 택시 불러달라고 해서 나가야합니다 그래서 전 거의 호텔 식당에서 식사해결했는데 가격도비싸고 맛이 그냥그래요 조욘히 쉬고싳은분들 추천합니다

När vi kom till hotellet så fick vi veta att vi blivit gratis uppgraderade - vilket gjorde oss jätteglada! Hotellet sa att vi även kunde uppgradera oss från deluxe-rummet till sviten för 15 $/natt, vilket lät väldigt billigt. Vi valde att kolla på rummet vi hade blivit (gratis)uppgraderade till och sedan kolla på sviten. Då jag har jobbat inom hotellbranschen insåg jag snabbt att uppgraderingen bara var svammel, det var exakt det rummet vi bokat. Detta gör en smått irriterad, men lät det bara vara. När vi ville boka en utflykt som hotellet rekommenderade så ville vi få ner priset lite, då rekommenderade personal bekanta som kunde köra oss - alltså svart, vilket kändes märkligt för ett 4 stjärnigt hotell. Tips på sevärdigheter eller annat att besöka från hotellet fanns inte, då de inte visste.. svårt att förstå personalen då engelska var en stor brist. (vilket det är i större delen av vietnam) Som pricken över i:et blev jag lurad på dricka då vi skulle lämna hotellet, ungefär dubbelt så mycket fick jag betala. Hotellets skick är superfint, rummen är fina, frukosten är bra, restaurangpersonal väldigt trevliga, stort plus med utomhusbio. Tyvärr drog ovanstående saker ner på vistelsen.

Lovely hotel at Mui Ne

Lotus Muine is a beautiful hotel between Mui Ne and Phan Thiet , the grounds are very spacious and beautifully landscaped. The enormous Pool and Restaurant are excellent, both in appearance and cleanliness . The staff are very friendly and helpful.

4 star services?

It seems to be rated as 4 star. I rate the hotel 3.3 star hotel. Breakfast opens 6.30am til 9.30am. We went to restaurant at 9am on the first day. Coffee n tea on buffet line were both cold. Cereal were only 2 kinds. No cheese at all. Fruit selection was almost empty. Pool has no shower facility but water pot only. Baach hats were broken. After 3 nights stay, before 12 noon, Front called our room 2 times and pushed us to check out. When we went to Front, we were kept on waiting for settle a bill.t

Trevlig semester

Ett mycket trevligt hotell med underbart trevlig personal. Stranden kunde dock vara lite bättre. Mycket stan i strandkanten.
