Warm up by the authentic stove in the living room, enjoy wine and board games. In the morning, prepare breakfast in the open kitchen. After mountain adventures, relax in the sauna. There are 2 parking spaces at the house, additional cars can be parked for free in the village. You will stay in rustic Pfunds, on the river Inn The village is at an altitude of 970 metres, centrally located near the tri-border point of Austria, Switzerland and Italy. Pfunds is also conveniently located to several ski resorts. Major ski areas such as the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski region, the vast Ischgl-Samnaun ski area and the Nauders ski paradise are within easy reach. On the Kaunertal glacier you can even ski all year round. There is also plenty to do in other seasons in the Pfunds area. Enjoy the surrounding mountain world on a beautiful cycling or hiking tour. On a hot summer day, you can take a refreshing dip in the beautiful public swimming pool and enjoy the Austrian sun on a vast sunbathing lawn Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Auch die Wartung der Wohnung ist suboptimal, keine Beleuchtung in der Sauna, weitere defekte Lampen in Flur und Kellergeschoss. Die Haushälterin ist sehr freundlich und offen, aber auf den Hinweis, dass die Fernseher nicht funktionieren, kam nur die Antwort, dass sie keine Ahnung davon hat. Sauberkeit war mangelhaft, hier haben wir noch massenhaft Haare und Hinterlassenschaften wie Brötchenkrümel unserer Vorgänger aufgefunden. Auf geäußerte Kritik wurde von der Hausverwalterin vor Ort unseres Empfinden nach frech reagiert und mit fadenscheinigen Ausreden abgewiegelt. Sie hat immerhin zugegeben, dass das Kellergeschoss mit der Sauna gar nicht gereinigt wurde, da diese "im Sommer eh nicht genutzt wird". Somit war ein drittel der Wohnung nicht nutzbar.
