The best thing about this hotel is the location. Unfortunately, it needs a complete renovation from the lobby and dining room to all the rooms. It looks like it got stuck in 1970.
The breakfast was meh. Renovate this hotel and get more outgoing, welcoming staff. Honestly, I wonder if the problems stem from poor ownership and poor leadership. This could be the best hotel in Liptovsky Mikulas with some TLC.

Hotel was excellent however no restaurant on an evening. Bar closed early too.

"The experience was very underwhelming. Firstly, it was difficult to access the property to check in with no one directly on site and no clear instructions on who to contact. When staff arrived, it came across like the hotel was a bit of an inconvenience, they were not very welcoming and quite abrupt. ..."
