It was a close vicinity to the dome. Similar to a hostel vs. Hotel. Staff was slow at responding and not always present during day time. Confusion on instructions to enter.

I would say this is a 3.5 star property. The room was clean but basic, same for the bathroom and amenities like soap etc. the location is very central but the room was still quiet. There is no concierge and the staff was not able to make any reservations for us.

Lovely hotel and great position in Florence. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Perfect for the usual sightseeing !
