The typical Majorcan house, which can accommodate 10 people, has 2 living rooms, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The bathroom on the ground floor is barrier-free. The child-friendly villa also has Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a cot, a high chair and a parking space on the property. The stand-out highlight is the outside area with its covered terrace with dining table and lounge furniture, barbecue and its 115-m² pool, which also has a small, separate area for children. Son Perxa leaves nothing to be desired and offers you absolute peace and privacy. The nearest restaurant, which is run by the owners of the villa, is only a few minutes’ walk away.
