The 2-storey holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms as well as 6 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and cable television. A baby cot and a highchair can be provided on request. The beautiful private outdoor area comprises a garden and a terrace (open and covered) with seating furniture for you to relax and spend the evenings, as well as a barbacue, sunbeds and a pool for refreshing swims. From the property, you can reach supermarkets, cafés and restaurants within 2-4 minutes on foot (150-350 m), while a pharmacy is 650 m or an 8-minute walk away in the centre of Petra. The nearest beaches, such as Playa del Muro, can be reached after a 25-30-minute drive (20-22 km) along the coast between Can Picafort and Port d’Alcúdia, and the famous dripstone caves “Coves d’Arta” are a 40-minute drive or 39 km from the property. The centre of Mallorca’s vibrant capital Palma can be reached after a 40-minute drive (45 km), as well as the city’s airport. Street parking is available. Pets are not allowed.
