Welcome to this beautiful village house in Petra. Here you will be far from mass tourism and above all you will find peace and relaxation.



This typical Mallorcan house has its history, as it was the bakery of the village. You can still see the original ovens that were used to provide bread to the villagers.

The house consists of 2 floors and has 2 bedrooms (double bed 135x190 cm, 2 single beds of 90x190 cm) for 4 people. Both bedrooms are on the upper floor, as well as one of the two recently installed bathrooms with a shower.

You enter the house through an imposing corridor, from here you enter the living room with TV and WiFi. Also on the ground floor is the large fully equipped kitchen with dining room and TV. From here you can reach the inner courtyard where there is also a dining table

On hot days you can cool off in the pool and sunbathe. There is also a barbecue available for guests.

On the roof terrace you can enjoy the sunset in a cosy chill out.

Here you can really relax!



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)

- A refundable deposit will be charged.

- Parties are not allowed.

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.

Charmante vieille maison avec tout le confort. 2 belles terrasses permettent de passer des temps agréables à l',extérieur et au calme + la piscine très sympa.Literie confortable.Petra est un bon emplacement pour visiter le nord (Alcudiá, Pollença etc) ou l',est ( les grottes, Cala Millor), ou aller à Artá ou Manacor.Le village est agréable aussi avec ses places, Église et musée.

La casa es tal cual se ve en fotos. Es grande mires por donde la mires, un gusto estar en una casa así. Las habitaciones estupendas con sus aires acondicionados. La cocina bien equipada y buena terraza con la piscina. Nos ha encantado la estancia, lo único malo eran los escalones para subir a la planta de arriba que eran un poco altos pero los he visto peores. Por lo demás genial todo.

Logement très grand. Propre et plutôt bien équipé, les chambres donnent directement sur un axe. Situé dans un village au centre de l’île, idéal pour se rendre aux différents points d’interêt. En hors saison, quand les extérieurs ne sont pas utilisables, le logement est cependant un peu triste… À privilégier donc en pleine saison, pour profiter de la piscine et des 2 terrasses

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette ancienne boulangerie reconvertie. Une situation centrale pour qui veut parcourir l’ile. Deux bémols cependant, les fenêtres des chambres donnant sur la rue n’isolent pas vraiment du bruit et l'équipement de la cuisine ne permet pas toujours de cuisiner autant que l’on voudrait. Mais les volumes intérieurs et les terrasses sont magiques.

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Haus in Petra war sehr sehr schön! Das Haus ist sehr groß und offen und wuuuunderschön eingerichtet! Es ist eigentlich alles da was man braucht und der Hinterhof ist das beste. Je nach Wetter und Sonnen kann man entweder auf der Dachterasse oder im Innenhof sitzen. Man fühlt sich sehr schnell sehr wohl. Petra selbst ist sehr klein und etwas abgelegen dafür aber wunderschön. Es gibt einen großen Platz auf dem man essen gehen kann und Mittags die Fahrradfahrer beobachten kann, welche durch den Ort fahren und hier eine Pause einlegen. Die Architektur ist sehr spanisch und man ist vor allem von Lokals umgeben. Wir hatten leider etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, weshalb es im Haus ziemlich kalt war. Aber nachdem ich Almuth vom Mallorca Charme Team schrieb, organisierte er uns sofort einen Heizer, sodass wir nicht frieren mussten. Generell hatten wir immer einen Ansprechpartner und uns Wunsch jeder Wunsch möglich gemacht. Das Haus war sehr liebevoll im Shabby Chic Style eingerichtet, was uns sehr gefallen hat.
