"Going in the Winter was nice, the property is beautifully set up with Lake Michigan sitting behind. The concierge, the Front Desk to even the other staff working there were very respectful, nice and always made sure to go one step above! My family especially loved the Tea and Cookies moment they offer, followed by the breakfast was amazing with their wide variety to choose from inside their Breakfast spot they have inside the Inn! We will for sure be back!"

"We have stayed at this property many times and the property was clean and staff friendly as usual. We were disappointed that breakfast was not included as it always was in the past. That was always a draw to the property so have to weigh in future"

"Clean room but it was disappointing how much was in need repair or replacement inside and outside. Breakfast was just normal hotel food. Staff where great all around front desk to housekeeping. Nice team of people. "

"When I booked this hotel it was an AmericInn, however when I arrived it was changed to a Quality Inn with no prior indication. I did receive calls from Windham but they never left a message to identify the change prior to my check in. The building did not have any address on it to help identify it as the hotel we needed to be at. Otherwise, it was a very clean hotel. The staff did their best with what appeared to be a new system. The breakfast was very nice and had several options. I would go back and would recommend it to others. "
