villa opens onto a hallway leading to a master suite featuring a

160x200 cm bed, a large closet, and a spacious bathroom. Its

open-air patio floods the room with natural light, creating a

peaceful atmosphere as soon as you wake up.
Upstairs, you’ll find a second

master suite featuring a 160x200 bed and large closets. You’ll also find a bathroom with a spacious shower and a double sink, for added comfort.
A vanity and a work area are also available.
The two large bedrooms are air-conditioned and also feature fans.

Thespace

—a bright and inviting living area—features a spacious living room with a

cosy (convertible for 2 people) and a large-screen high-definition TV with free access to the entire catalogue of the Prime Video service.

The open, modern, and fully

equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals around the

central island, while enjoying an unobstructed view of the outdoors.
The adjoining veranda lets you enjoy meals overlooking the ocean or relax in a shaded seating area.

The

terrace offers a breathtaking panoramic view, where the blue of

the full-overflow pool blends into that of the ocean, creating an

infinite horizon effect.
Heated from May through October, the pool is maintained for a worry-free swimming experience.
Whether on

the perfectly positioned lounge chairs or on the outdoor sofa,

enjoy breathtaking sunsets, accompanied by the gentle

Accessibility and the rooms on the
