Clean comfortable although paint is chipping off shower room 116 and tiles is chipped off in the sink, mold on the ceiling need vent improvement. Free quality coffee, elevator, staff easy to talk to. Accessible place.

The hotel staff were so incredibly helpful and sweet; really good people. The hotel always smelled amazing and the rooms were cute, decently spacious and well stocked and cleaned daily. My only complaint would be that the bathroom didn’t have a door, that would bring my review up to 5/5.

We stayed here for our birthday and loved it! The reception staff were so welcoming and friendly, especially Davide! We stayed in a double room and it was spacious, clean and had everything we needed! The hotel is in a great location and we would definitely stay here again

I was a little worried about staying at an off site hotel. I am 100% glad I did. Ki hotel was so clean, the pool was amazing, the room was spacious and clean and had a full kitchen. No hair conditioner for the day 1 and asked for it and never came. One light off and power outlet doesn’t work. The staff just pretended to do his job but didn’t. Other Novotels is good but not for the Enry one.
