Welcome to La Perle de la Duchesse de Berry, a charming 60 m² house with an enclosed garden located in a quiet area, just 1 km from Puys Beach and 10 minutes from Dieppe. With its 600 m² tree-lined garden and warm atmosphere, this house is ideal for relaxing and making the most of your seaside visits with family, as a couple, or with friends. Our holiday rental can accommodate up to 5 people.

A place steeped in history...

According to local residents, this house is said to be a former beach cabin that once belonged to the Duchess of Berry, a historical figure who, in the 19th century, popularised therapeutic sea swimming in Dieppe. Its architecture and beautiful 2.70-meter-high ceilings still evoke the atmosphere of the old seaside cabins today.

It is said that it once stood directly on the beach. During her stays in Dieppe, the duchess would come to bathe at Puys and used this spot as a charming seaside cabin. In the 1950s, the beach hut was moved to its current location, where it still bears the marks of this unique history.

On the first level: a living room with a wood-burning stove opening onto a terrace with a magical view, a fully equipped kitchen with access to the veranda, a bathroom with a toilet, and a charming 7 ㎡ bedroom with a double bed suitable for a couple or teenagers. The two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Ideal for families, couples, or business trips.
