They only speak French but are very accommodating even with a language barrier. They live above the studio and are frequently available. The apartment has a sea view and is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is very nicely renovated inside. Everything is modern and clean. The only downside is that it is adjacent to the shared basement/laundry, which is musty smelling and there is a (non-locking) non-sealed door which let's in the smell a bit (probably worse when it is very warm and humid). If you have breathing problems/allergies you may not want to stay here.
