Excellent. Very clean and comfortable with everything one would need . In a quiet location on a farm but within easy distance of the nearest village, which has a pub and a shop.
LR/Kitchen/Dining layout is practical and comfortable.
It would be nice to have cooking oil and a few other things like that ready to use.

Lovely rural cottage.
Lovely rural cottage. Helpful owner. Beautiful setting. Comfortable throughout and very clean. Although there are few shops nearby, that is what is expected in this area, but there are delightful villages to walk around, and Petersfield is not too far away for a big food shop if necessary. Good base for walks, visits to Winchester, Portsmouth, and other attractions. Would highly recommend this lovely property.

Beautiful cottage.
Beautiful cottage. Lovely people. Shame it didn’t say steep stairs and difficult for disabled. But that didn’t dampen my enjoyment of the cottage.
