Great access to the buses. The hotel room was nice and clean. I experienced faulty swipe cards but that was fixed promptly and the staff were very helpful. The only downside was the area felt a bit rough for a solo woman traveler.

The location is definitely the strongest point of The Bull Hotel, very convenient for Peterborough city centre. The car park was also a useful advantage and worked well. The hotel itself feels a little dated, particularly the rooms, although the room was comfortable and perfectly adequate for a short stay. Breakfast was the main disappointment, as the choice was quite limited and could definitely be improved. Overall, a comfortable and convenient hotel in a very good location, but some refurbishment and a better breakfast selection would make a noticeable difference.

Receptionist was welcoming and efficient at checking me in quickly. Room was clean comfortable albeit a little hot even with the window open. There was a fan in the wardrobe to use as well. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. For the price this was a gem of a find in the centre of Peterborough. I’d stay there again

Overall very good, food and atmosphere great. Room was good they could’ve placed the toilet so that your knees weren’t touching the towel heater rail. But overall good. Parking lot was a bit tricky to find and I suggest that they put the postcode for on the booking sites.

The property is old quirky property , with ample parking to the rear. The staff were pleasant and helpful . The room was clean and toiletries were provided. Breakfast was a little chaotic on Sunday morning, it was busy and some of the tables weren’t set up ready for the guests, which I thought was a little unusual as I would have thought they would already have the total of guests staying for breakfast. Just that one glitch , the rest of our stay was most enjoyable.

Room is comfortable but very hot. No AC available and hot days can be very difficult to sleep. Positives: hotel breakfast improved from previous visits and staff are very happy to help. Location is the strong strength, in the heart of Peterborough. Car park is also a great advantage.

Absolutely loved our stay…much more than expected, the photos do not do this hotel justice. Free parking, friendly check in, beautiful restaurant and bar, amazing food, clean bedding, room and bathroom, amazing bed, quiet stay…literally cannot fault it in any way. Already planning our return stay for afternoon tea. Thanks to all the staff there.

Staff were always helpful and friendly. The bar and restaurant service was excellent as was the food and drinks. The only issues we had were in the room, where the net curtains were ripped, the bath panel was hanging loose and the enamel around the bath plug was chipped. But despite the negatives, overall I was happy with my experience at the Bull.

The room was emaculate and the staff were excellent. Even in the smaller room I was in the bathroom and bath was full size. The only downside was the roo. Could do with a plug near the bed for phones instead of aolely being accroas the room.
