Walk or cycle all along the Otonabee riverside, till Trent university. Inside the apartment: your own private heat exchange pump, to keep you comfortable, and lots of rec and office/study space, downstairs. Dozens of great cafes, restaurants and pubs. A fun get-a-way just 75 minutes from the GTA! BTW: Nice big garden boasts all sorts of herbs, veggies and flowering shrubs, plus some enormous old trees, and a nice big patio, for hanging out outside.
