"We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home! The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house was exactly as described: not new, but very well maintained, perfectly clean, fully functional, and warmly heated, which was especially appreciated during our February stay. "Nice place, cozy, big room and bathroom, free parking on site, but.. the receptionist had some issues! First, she was very upset about the internet speed that she had to work with (not my problem!), then she asked me how I would like to pay (everything was already paid for since the reservation was made!) and top of all was in the morning when she told me she had to wait for 20 minutes because I was late for breakfast (what else beside smoking and drinking coffee did she have to do, anyway?)"

"They canceled my trip few days before I was supposed to arrive. I have to find a new location which wasn't very easy. Not nice. I checked the website and the property was still available to rent and got no explanation for that."

"Our stay here was great. We were made to feel welcome and the staff were very helpful when we needed them. We had a deluxe double room which was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the old town one way and 15 minutes from a big shopping centre the other. The spa facilities were OK, the jacuzzi was a good size. We had breakfast and the choices were OK, enough for us. The bar had a reasonable selection of drinks but we didn't eat in the restaurant. On return to Brasov would definitely stay here again. "
