Property is conveniently located close to many attractions such as Gardaland and grocery stores. There are 2 restaurants on the premises which makes it extremely convenient. Rooms are relatively clean but I’d recommend maybe bringing your own pillows. My only complaint would be the cleaning fee. You’re charging me a cleaning fee but also expect me to clean and take out my trash, which is why I’m giving it a 4 star instead of 5.

Kom je na een flinke reis moe aan op deze camping.... (hadden online diezelfde dag geboekt EN het vereiste bedrag betaald).... blijkt dat men per se CASH *** euro plus de toeristenbelasting wilde hebben. Met de creditcard of gewoon digitaal dit bedrag even voldoen was niet mogelijk, het moest-en-zou cash zijn. Dus we konden eerst weer ergens gaan pinnen, want cash ... tja... wie heeft dat tegenwoordig nog op zak? Vervolgens wilde men het reeds betaalde bedrag nogmaals laten betalen. Want de betaling zou bij hen nog niet bekend zijn (al was het bedrag wel degelijk al van onze rekening af). Toen dat allemaal afgehandeld was bleek in de 'bungalow' (laten we zeggen een nogal gebruikte stacaravan) die niet in het geringste leek op de foto bij de advertentie het gas niet eens aangesloten te zijn. Gelukkig was er wel een zeer behulpzame parkmedewerker die dit snel verhielp. De accomodatie zelf was smoezelig. De knoppen van de afzuigkap durfde je bijna niet aan te raken, geen handdoeken, geen schaar in de keukenla etcetera en de bedden.... tja.... we durfden op de smoezelige lakens niet te gaan slapen en hebben daarom zelf nog maar handdoeken en schoon beddengoed geregeld. En de prijs? Misschien niet de duurste , maar weken ervoor hebben we in vele hotels hetzelfde en zelfs een keer bijna de helft betaald. En dat was dan schoon, klantvriendelijk en soms zelfs inclusief ontbijt! De lokatie aan het Gardameer is wel top dus dat zal het (teveel!) aan "sterren" wel verklaren...

Per il prezzo pagato tutto super, il personale del ristorante molto gentile e accurato, gli animatori fantastici I bambini erano contentissimi non vedeva l ora di andare da loro. Vacanza magnifica e rilassante, veramente super. Grazie di cuore a tutti.

Das Mobilheim war sehr sauber, es gab keine unangenehmen Gerüche oder sonstige Probleme. Die Toilettenspülung war jedoch sehr laut und es waren häufig Ameisen auf der Küchenplatte zu sehen. Ansonsten war alles gut.
