This apartment for 4 people is in a privileged position in Peschiera del Garda: A few steps from the centre, the beach, the lakefront, the restaurants and bars, as well as the railway station of Peschiera del Garda.   
  
The accomodation of about 60m² is located on the second floor of a residential complex with swimming pool. a residential complex with swimming pool and offers parking inside the resort.   
  
The apartment has a bright living room with sofa bed, dining table, Smart TV (SAT) and balcony. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped to prepare delicious lunches and dinners during your holiday.   
  
The bathroom is modern and has a washing machine, washbasin, bidet, WC and shower. In addition, the apartment has a bright double bedroom. Of course, the apartment is air-conditioned and offers Wifi and SAT TV.   
  
Families will appreciate the property for being close to the amusement parks of Gardaland, Movieland or Canevworld.   
  
The swimming pool is open from the end of May to the end of September.
