Completely renovated with great attention to detail, this flat combines contemporary elegance and comfort, offering a relaxing and refined living experience. Located on the first floor of a small complex with a communal swimming pool, the flat opens onto a bright living room with an open kitchen and modern cooking island. Here you can enjoy breakfast or dinner with friends, perhaps sipping a glass of local wine. The living area leads to a large furnished terrace, ideal for relaxing while admiring the lake and surrounding vineyards. The sleeping area includes an air-conditioned double bedroom with double bed, TV and large wardrobe, as well as a modern bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine.
