Staff was courteous and super helpful.
It's in a good location to access Poblado spots. It's noisy outside, but that's expected for the area. The hotel isn't fancy, but clean place to rest after sightseeing.

room was very comfortable (great bed) Loved the decor.
Wonderfully located near the Provenza walking distance to bars, clubs , restaurants and parks. Short cab rides to other attractions. The breakfast was delicious. Dinner options are not that great but the bar on the roof is really good!
