The guest services were very attentive to many room needs. Very clean always. Hallways though are not as appealing visually-look dirty/old. The seat cushions at all the meals are full of stains and it is off putting when taking your seat. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, meals were great, dinner show buffet was poor. I do think food has gone down in quality since we were there in year’s past. The pool service is still fantastic, good food, good drinks, love the staff. They work really hard. Spa is still EXCELLENT!
