The pool was poorly maintained, and there was a lot of construction taking place throughout the property. The kids’ game room was not available. The beach water also appeared to be highly polluted, possibly due to the property’s proximity to a large marina and cruise port. There was also visible mold on the pool tiles.
One of the dinner restaurants is located outdoors and does not have air conditioning, which can make it uncomfortably hot during the summer.

Amazing Stay! Very quiet and felt like your own little oasis. Not a ton of kids (they were all at four seasons) food was awesome, staff was very attentive and accommodating!!
Only request is more cool local brands to shop at the stores! Mayb rotations of little food amnesties that come in the rooms. Thank you so much ! I’ll be back again!
Don’t miss the ceviche tostada at the pool!!!! So good

* The check in was very slow and then staff tried to sell services even though I kept we just wanted to get to our room because we had small children and they were tired.
* My daughter's room smelled terrible; she was moved to a different room.
* Someone stole $200 dollars from our room.
* The pool water looked dirty.
