The area is quiet and relaxing, an ideal place to stay in close contact with nature but at the same time not far from Perugia. The accommodation enjoys every comfort and all the main services are just a few minutes away by car. The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, bathroom and garden. Consigliamo vivamente di sostituire al più presto il divano letto in sala perché non si presta assolutamente ad una distesa comoda e confortevole (il divano letto aveva 3 diversi livelli e quindi la parte più alta del corpo si trovava più inclinata in avanti poi le gambe più in basso e i piedi nel vuoto. Il divano letto é inoltre così sottile da risultare non morbido). In bagno vi era un cattivo odore dato dalle tubature. La caldaia é eccessivamente rumorosa. Le pareti della sala presentano troppi ponti termici e la muffa era visibile e crea una aria malsana. La doccia presenta il silicone sporco di muffa. All'ingresso nella casa abbiamo trovato ben 11 gradi e in pieno inverno non é stato piacevole. Note positive: vanno sicuramente menzionati anche gli aspetti positivi per completezza di informazioni. La casa si presta bene ad ospitare 4 persone per dimensioni e comodità in casa (forno, frigo, wifi, TV ect).
