We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very lovely, conveniently located apartment just out side the historic center of Perugia. The apartment is very modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Owner Daniela was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood and was a short walk from the restaurants and shops of the city center. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for navigating the hilly streets of Perugia, which is a gem of a city. We would gladly stay at this apartment during a future visit.

The apartment was comfortable for two people. The location was excellent relative to old town Perugia. Because we were driving and do not speak Italian, accessing the property was somewhat difficult. This was more than offset by the fact that she provides a private parking space at no additional charge. Daniela also provided specific instructions about where the property was, including pictures of the apartment, the stairway leading up to it, and the code box to get into the apartment. having access to a washer and dryer was also a huge plus. Finally, Daniela was immediately available whenever we called or needed anything. We enjoyed our stay and would rent her place again if we go back to Perugia.

Perugia visit

This apartment met our every need and expectation. The description is accurate that it is outside of the old town but we were able to walk everywhere and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was clean, modern and the hostess stayed in touch throughout our stay. I would definitely come back.
