La Sora Bice has an outdoor pool, a garden, a large terrace and free WiFi in all areas. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large living room with books, TV and board games, terrace and two large bedrooms both with en suite bathroom with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. In a room over the double bed it is possible to put a single bed and a cot for children up to 5/6 years. In the second bedroom as well as the double bed you can put a cot for children under 5/6 years. The living room features a sofa that converts into a double bed. The parking is private, free, covered, secure because within the fenced structure. We spent 30 days in this property and absolutely loved it. The unit is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is very near Perugia and well located to visit Assisi and many other towns in the Tuscan region as day trips. It is a short walk to town with a grocery store nearby and a lovely church 2 blocks away. The owner, Claudio, was super nice and very engaging and communicative. We got to know him and his lovely family quite well during our stay. The pool was great with a wonderful with a covered patio for dining. Het bevindt zich op de eerste etage van het huis van de eigenaren/verhuurders Claudio en Vivian. Er zijn twee badkamers en twee slaapkamers aanwezig en het is dus ook geschikt voor 2 stellen of een gezin met wat oudere kinderen. Er is een klein zwembad wat op warme dagen best wel aangenaam is. De stad Perugia is ongeveer 20 minuten met de auto en in een radius van van maximaal anderhalf uur kun je alle bezienswaardigheden van Umbria bezoeken. Eigenaar Claudio is een uitermate vriendelijke gastheer die je van veel tips kan voorzien maar beslist niet nadrukkelijk aanwezig is. Voor herhaling vatbaar. ##### Remco K.
