We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Located just a 3-minute walk from the beach, local bus routes, and the nearby primary school, this villa offers a peaceful retreat only a short drive south of Mandurah.

Before check-in, guests complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted. Check-in details will only be sent if this has been completed.

Driving:
Car Rental: Renting a car is highly recommended for convenience and flexibility. Several car rental agencies are available in Mandurah, the nearest city, or from Perth Airport if arriving by plane.

Parking: The vacation rental likely offers parking on-site, and there’s usually ample parking available at nearby attractions, beaches, and restaurants.

Public Transportation:
Bus Services: The local bus service operated by Transperth connects Wannanup to Mandurah, Falcon, and other nearby areas. The 588 and 589 bus routes run through Wannanup and provide a convenient way to reach Mandurah, where guests can access more extensive bus and train networks.
Buses are a great option for guests looking to explore Mandurah without driving. Mandurah Bus Station acts as a hub for other services across the Peel region.

Train: The Mandurah Train Station is approximately 15-20 minutes away by car. From there, guests can catch the Mandurah Line to Perth, which is about a 50-minute ride, making day trips to the city easy.
Taxis and Rideshares:
Taxi Services: Mandurah offers local taxi services that can be booked in advance or hailed at major spots like Mandurah
Foreshore and train stations.

Rideshare Apps: Uber and Ola are available in Wannanup and Mandurah, offering a reliable and easy way to get around without worrying about parking.

Cycling and Walking:
Bike Rentals: Cycling is a popular way to explore the scenic coastal paths and the canals in Wannanup. Guests can bring their own bikes or rent them in Mandurah.
Walking: The area around Wannanup is very walkable, with several trails, including coastal walks near Pyramids Beach and the Dawesville Channel.

Boat Transport:
For those interested in exploring the local canals, private boat hires are available in the area. Guests can also enjoy scenic canal cruises that depart from the nearby marinas, providing an alternative and unique way to travel through the area.

Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is set through Airbnb and applies to all bookings. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans.

Pet-Friendly 🐾
We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets. A $150 per pet per stay fee applies and can be arranged via our guest portal prior to arrival.

ID Verification
Before check-in, guests complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App, similar to hotel check-in.

Security Hold
Like most professionally managed holiday homes, a $750 pre-authorisation hold is placed before arrival and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.

*Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Where available, our cleaners charge $50 per hour. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night before arrival.

The home is located in a residential area. Guests are asked to enjoy the property respectfully and be mindful of the surrounding community.

Nature/Environment
Our home is set in a beautiful natural waterfront environment. From time to time you may see local wildlife — and occasionally insects, particularly if doors or windows are left open. The property is professionally treated, but being close to nature is part of its charm.

*Mid-Stay Cleaning (Extended Stays)
For stays of one month or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean will be scheduled every fortnight as a condition of the tenancy. The cost of these cleans is covered by the property owner and forms part of maintaining the home to the required standard throughout extended stays.
