Overnight stay

Pros: Cleanliness and very pleasant staff
Cons: I do not think anything could be changed to improve the facility, just keep smiling as we have always found
Location: No time on this trip to see the activities
Excellent stay, although brief we enjoyed our time

Excellent position for the time we spent in Perth

Pros: Excellent dining, food great and staff very helpful. Room was clean and inviting as soon as we opened the door.
Cons: We could see nothing that could be improved.
Location: The location is excellent with transport to and from the city outside the door. Eating places nearby were also of high quality.
From the time we arrived, excellent car parking and greeted by very friendly staff. We needed to attend meetings and this hotel was central to the places we needed to go.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping doesn't replenish bath soap even it was empty for three days. Had to call reception(manned by one gentleman) to replace the bath soap. Even then had to wait for him as he was seeing to another guest at the counter. Housekeeping doesn't rinse your used cups unlike other other hotels.

Excellent location and accommodation

Pros: Staff always friendly and accommodating. Free parking Always upgrading and renovating.
Cons: Hotel always seems to be improving facilities. Cant think of anything.
Location: Lots to do depending on your interest. Very close to everything. Catch a free bus or walk.
We had booked a premium double room. Renovated and quite a lot of new changes to this Hotel. Have stayed here many times and improvements being made all the time. Recommend

Nice hotel in the heart of the city

Pros: Free continental breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Room could do with tidy, especially the drawers.
Location: Excellent location close to the city. Walking distance to free cat service.
Overall a very positive experience. Room was basic although drawers needed a bit of a clean. The bed was comfortable and staff were very helpful and friendly. The biggest positive was the location of the hotel next to the city, close to the Red Cat bus (free service). I managed to book a deal with free continental breakfast for my stay, thoroughly enjoyed it with a wide variety of food. The staff at the café provided excellent service.

Plenty of room for three adults. Ten minute walk to CBD. Free parking. Friendly staff. Close to convenience store and short stroll to eateries.

Our pleasant stay at Comfort hotel in Perth.

We booked this hotel as it has single beds. We were happy that the hotel is in good condition. The room/bathroom had good lighting. Bathroom had good shower and good amenities like hair blower and herbal soap/shampoo provided. Best of all it provided free Wi-Fi. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful in answering all our queries. We were happy staying in this hotel and we even extended our stay in the same hotel after we returned to Perth from Albany.

Checked in at 10pm after our flight to Perth to be told they will be taking a $150 bond & that my stay would be an extra $40 for no reason at all but because that's "what they charge" my friend and I continued to argue with the staff until someone jumped up and said "sorry she's new... You won't be charged that and we will refund the money to you" I understand she was new (once someone said) but she continued to argue that she was taking my money and didn't seek help or question it. She also gave me someone else's paperwork to sign?! Got upstairs - tv doesn't work... No cutlery or bowls in the room... Two nights later we arrive back to our hotel at 9pm to be told there is no parking and to find street parking. Definitely a big disappointment. My friend and I were down looking for her wedding dress and wish we stayed somewhere else. Won't be wasting our money again Or time again.
