Reputable international hotel chain

Posted 21-Feb-2017
Pros: Affordable price range , central location, free wifi and parking
Location: The street is basically two way but not accessible all the way west to east, due to an island in the middle of street 2-3 blocks away . Driver beware.
Hotel is chosen on the basis that it is conveniently located in CBD area and offers free wifi ( for three accounts )and covered parking on site . There are only some 25 parking spaces on site, but ample parking space in side street behind hotel and no meter charge after 6.00pm. Hotel is on far end of Hay Street, one of main streets in Perth, away from CBD, but only takes an easy 15-20 mins stroll to get to the pedestrian mall area between Hay and Murray Streets. Or get on the red line free bus to get around. There are four such lines designated by different colours and the free bus rides around the central areas are a good way to see the city. Our room is clean and bed is comfortable. One doesn't feel uncomfortable walking in bare feet in the room. There is a Korean restaurant on same street one block away from hotel and the BBQ and stone pot rice is yummy.

Comfortable and convenient location.

Posted 18-Feb-2017
Pros: Everything was up to expectations, including the price giving value for money.
Cons: Service was a little slow in the restaurant in the evening.
Location: Near the shopping centre. Easy to walk or take the Red Cat bus. The Mint close by on Hay Street. A short walk to Queens Gardens and Swan River.
Comfortable and clean room. Reception staff excellent. Extremely helpful, reassuring and friendly. Ideal location being within easy distance of the centre and also on the Red Cat Route. However, good to be at the quiet end of Hay Street, close to the beautiful Queens Gardens as well as a short walk to Swan River. Will return to stay at the Hotel in March and definitely recommend the Hotel to others. Excellent buffet breakfast and evening dinner in the BlueRock Cafe and high standard. Also decor was attractive and modern.

A comfortable basic hotel with great staff.

Posted 06-Feb-2017
Pros: Cheap but not nasty. Great value for money.
Location: Easy to jump on the free bus line & a quick walk to the city centre or down to the river & ferry. Trains close by so we got to everywhere we wanted.
All we needed was a base somewhere to shower & sleep before heading back out to explore the city. We got more than that!! The staff were very accommodating with all our needs and they had in room movies to watch for free. So helpful with a luggage room to store our bags before we got back on our last day to head to the airport. A great budget price with clean, neat rooms & friendly staff.

Central to city and the river.

The only thing i can say do not take room 506 right next to the lift. We did stay in this room but it was a little noisy with the lift being close by. Saying that i cant fault the hotel in any other way. Would stay there again.

convenient location in the city, easy to get to.

Posted 27-Jan-2017
Pros: location, onsite parking.
Cons: TV remote was a bit dodgey and TV didn't seem to be tuned in to many channels. Not really important small annoyance.
Location: Central location easy to navigate to. Good restaurants nearby, short walk up to city shopping, nice walk to the water front area.
3 night stay, rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Excellent shower water pressure/temp. Parking on premises. Continental buffet breakfast included with our booking, nothing outstanding, but all you need to kick start the day. Plenty of good eateries close by, free city buses close by and not far to walk to city shopping or down to the water front. This is our second stay here we would stay there again. Booked through Expedia and process was trouble free, no hassles at check in, staff pleasant in reception and the restaurant, room fairy did great job everyday making up our room..

Staff very friendly, efficient and helpful in regards to parking before check in time and the ample continental Buffett was a bonus. The bed and efficient air conditioner made our over-night stay very comfortable. Thank you.
