短期の出張で利用

Posted 06-Nov-2016
Pros: 部屋の広さ、清潔さ
Cons: 7階だったせいかお湯の出が悪い。 ベットが柔らかい。
Location: 市街地に近く申し分なし。

Great Hotel at Perth near to Public Transport

Posted 30-Oct-2016
Location: Near to Elizabeth Quay Station(Bus, CAT, Train). Hay St. Mall in vicinity and Water Town via CAT. Other sight seeing nearby.
Friendly Staff, located near to the locations you need to visit in Perth. Room size is okay, cleanliness is okay. Booked two rooms for my family and requested adjoining room which we were given but the view was not nice (towards the alley). Sound proof needs to be up a notch, you can hear your neighbours doing their 'thing' haha. both rooms have microwave ovens, just in case you need to reheat your foods or something. one of the rooms has a hotplate stove, might be handy if you want to cook some grubs. Bed not too comfy but acceptable, I've it worse elsewhere. Bathtub needs a hand rail installed. Overall, okay place to stay.

Nice big rooms for a city hotel

Posted 04-Oct-2016
Pros: Nice size for a small family. Room was fairly complete with kitchen and utensils so made cooking in easy.
Cons: Toilets need renovating. While rest of the rooms were modern, the toilet felt dated and bath tubs were moldy. It was also pretty nois.
Location: Convenient city location close to Kings Park and most public transportation
Fairly convenient location for families who want to stay near the city. There was plenty of public transportation options nearby as well as car rentals. I liked that the rooms were big enough for my infant to run around in.

Nice hotel, close to shops and Cafes in CBD

Posted 19-Sep-2016
Pros: Location and not too large so reasonably quiet.
Location: Handy location close to bus stops. Easy to get buses from and to airport so no need for taxi. Plenty of cafes and bars within a short walk.
Good location and close to public Transport. Close proximity to cafes and bars in Hay and Murray Streets. Room was clean and had comfortable beds.

Great hotel

Posted 04-Sep-2016
Very clean. Helpful staff. Parking was across the road. Our room was spacious and on the top floor. King bed. Shower and a bath. Very nice, we walked to the convention centre from here for a work do. Would stay again

Good quality 4 star hotel in CBD

Posted 03-Sep-2016
Pros: Location is central. Quite large room and bathroom. Bedding was good.
Cons: Aircon/heating was a bit noisy. Once asleep it was ok but would be better if it was quieter. Internet was a bit slow
Location: Central in Perth so good to get access to different places in Perth. The locale though is very quiet at night with limited options for restaurants
This is a good mid-range 4 star in middle of the CBD. Its therefore fairly easy to get to many places in Perth for meetings. A good place to stay without being particularly exciting.

Very bad

The worse experience, the room is so small and not matching the photos we saw on Internet or website. Very bad!

Dear Jui- Ying. Thank you for the posting. Your room was 40m2 so I am sorry you found this too small. As you can imagine our rooms have slightly different layouts, but all have same features and similar size. Should you return to us, or another hotel if you are unhappy with the room please do let reception know so they can look at an alternative. Regards, Ben.

Arriving at midnight guests

Posted 31-Aug-2016 on Hotels
Citadine offers 24 hour check in and after travelling from the East Coast and arriving around midnight this was one feature on our list when searching for accommodation. The rooms are quite spacious and quiet, good kitchen facilities in the Executive Studio with a toaster which a lot of hotels do not have now. We were able to cook the home made pasta bought at the farmers market with ease. This hotel is in a good location, close to CBD and a quick walk to Elizabeth Quay and the bus public transport terminal. There is also a Taxi Rank just around the corner which was handy. Staff were always happy to help and stored our luggage until early afternoon after check out. We required a roller bed for the first couple of nights which was a reasonable $60 per night, and on arrival it was made up ready to go, thank you. Would definately stay again should I be back in Perth.
