Nice big rooms for a city hotel

Posted 04-Oct-2016
Pros: Nice size for a small family. Room was fairly complete with kitchen and utensils so made cooking in easy.
Cons: Toilets need renovating. While rest of the rooms were modern, the toilet felt dated and bath tubs were moldy. It was also pretty nois.
Location: Convenient city location close to Kings Park and most public transportation
Fairly convenient location for families who want to stay near the city. There was plenty of public transportation options nearby as well as car rentals. I liked that the rooms were big enough for my infant to run around in.

Nice hotel, close to shops and Cafes in CBD

Posted 19-Sep-2016
Pros: Location and not too large so reasonably quiet.
Location: Handy location close to bus stops. Easy to get buses from and to airport so no need for taxi. Plenty of cafes and bars within a short walk.
Good location and close to public Transport. Close proximity to cafes and bars in Hay and Murray Streets. Room was clean and had comfortable beds.

Great hotel

Posted 04-Sep-2016
Very clean. Helpful staff. Parking was across the road. Our room was spacious and on the top floor. King bed. Shower and a bath. Very nice, we walked to the convention centre from here for a work do. Would stay again

Good quality 4 star hotel in CBD

Posted 03-Sep-2016
Pros: Location is central. Quite large room and bathroom. Bedding was good.
Cons: Aircon/heating was a bit noisy. Once asleep it was ok but would be better if it was quieter. Internet was a bit slow
Location: Central in Perth so good to get access to different places in Perth. The locale though is very quiet at night with limited options for restaurants
This is a good mid-range 4 star in middle of the CBD. Its therefore fairly easy to get to many places in Perth for meetings. A good place to stay without being particularly exciting.

Easy access to shopping centers.

Posted 29-Aug-2016
Pros: Location.
Cons: not much
Location: Access to bus and trains was excellent.
The hotel is located in Perth central area within a walking distance to the railway station and a shopping center. Th room was very clean but needs a bit more space for three guests to stay therein. The price was reasonable.

Conveniently located in the CBD

Posted 24-Aug-2016
Pros: Good location to access food, drink, transportation, Elizabeth Quay, and convention center. A short walk to Perth Station for trains to Fremantle.
Cons: A shelf in the shower so that razors and products aren't on the floor.
Location: Elizabeth Quay is a great destination with restaurants and bars, as well as a ferry to South Perth. Murray and Hay streets are great for shopping.
I enjoyed my stay here, I spent four nights at the hotel for a business trip. The essentials were all there, a good iron, ironing board, lots of outlets, good free wifi access. In addtion to that, I had a large bed, the room was quite large and spacious with a window looking out over a central area (not a courtyard in the attractive sense), I was on the 5th floor. The peekaboo bathroom had a window into the room, had both a jet tub and a separate shower, WC, and plenty of space. The shower was hot and the pressure 7/10. The room also a desk area with USB power outlets, and a microwave, fridge, 2 burner electric range, and coffee machine. The hotel is close to the Elizabeth Quay bus station, about a five minute walk. There is also access to the Underground train there, and the convention center is practically attached. Also, walking toward Murray street one finds many places to eat, drink, or shop. There are high end stores as well as other shopping areas on Hay street. Really, I couldn't have been more in the thick of the CBD. It was great for getting to work at QEII Med Center on the bus, and also enjoying dinner and a beer in the evening. The staff were very kind and gave me a birthday card and some local chocolate which I found after returning from work at the end of the day, they were also very helpful in suggesting places to go or how to get around. The hotel also stored my bags after checkout so that I could explore in advance of my flight . A-OK

Nice hotel, but more 3.5 star than 4

Posted 24-Jul-2016 on Wotif
Room was modern and renovated but bathroom was not (hence no photos which i think misleads customers), only the sink has been update - the bathroom is small, are old and some Mould in the grout. Room was clean and bed comfy, view was the dumpster out in the back ally! Walls are thin, could hear man in next room coughing all night. I think this was more 3.5 star than 4. Was acceptable for a cheap night away but would try elsewhere next time.

Great location & room but inconvenient parking

Posted 18-Jul-2016 on Hotels
Everything had been great except for the parking which is located at a Wilson parking about 300m away on the other side of the road. This was pretty inconvenient as we had a small kid and it had been raining for the 2 days.
