Disliked: Communication
Property cancelled on us 6 days out from a 6 night stay. Extremely frustrating trying to find a replacement property. The booking company assured us that there were no other properties with our dates they could book us into but a search of their available properties for the dates we were travelling said otherwise. The company did not initiate the refund, even after they said they would, and we were left to initiate it ourselves. Absolutely terrible experience. Would not recommend.
