Welcome to our brand-new 3BR/2BA single-level home in Perry. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, the home sleeps 6 and offers open living spaces, plush bedding, and modern finishes throughout. Living Room Bright and inviting with cozy seating, a large smart TV for streaming, and open sightlines into the dining and kitchen areas, perfect for gathering with family and friends. Kitchen & Dining A modern, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils. A spacious dining area seats six, and the coffee bar is stocked to start your mornings off right. Primary Suite The private retreat features a king-size bed, luxurious linens, a large walk-in closet, and a full en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity, and fresh towels. Bedroom 2 A comfortable queen-size bed plus a dedicated desk, ideal for working remotely or studying during your stay. Bedroom 3 Another queen-size bedroom with a desk, offering both comfort and a functional workspace — perfect for couples traveling together or guests needing extra room to work. Second Bathroom A sparkling clean full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Laundry A dedicated laundry area with washer and dryer is available for guest use, making extended stays simple. Outdoor Space Enjoy the backyard with a charcoal grill provided for outdoor cooking. While there is not currently a deck, a brand-new deck will be added next summer for an even better outdoor experience. Parking Private driveway plus a two-car garage, with space for up to four vehicles. All of this in a quiet, new neighborhood just minutes from Lake Erie, Headlands Beach, Lake Erie Bluffs, and Ohio’s award-winning wineries. Guests will have full access to the entire main floor of the home, including the living room, kitchen, dining area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, backyard, and garage/driveway parking. Please note: the basement and two owner’s closets are locked and not available for guest use. Everything else in the home is yours to enjoy during your stay. We want you to feel right at home and enjoy a relaxing, worry-free stay. While we respect your privacy, we are always just a message or call away if you need assistance, have questions, or would like local recommendations. We respond quickly through the Airbnb app and are happy to share our favorite nearby wineries, restaurants, and attractions to make your trip unforgettable. Other things to note No pets are allowed. Quiet hours are 10pm–7am out of respect for our neighbors. No parties or events permitted. The basement and two owner’s closets are locked and not accessible to guests. A charcoal grill is provided in the backyard for outdoor cooking. There is no deck at this time — a brand-new deck will be added next summer to enhance the outdoor space. This is a new neighborhood, so some GPS systems may not show all the streets correctly. We’ll provide easy directions before check-in.
