### Villa moderne - Terrasse et spa

Contemporary house of 90m2 on one level, bright, with a pleasant wooden terrace equipped with a 5-seater SPA, well exposed and not overlooked.  
  
Villa Matisse is ideally located in a small, quiet street, 100 meters from the Perros-Guirec marina with its shops, restaurants and entertainment.  
  
Ideal starting point for discovering the pink granit coast, Ploumanac'h, Tregastel, the Sept-Iles, etc.  
You will be less than 5km from the magnificent beaches.  
  
\- Bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed, a dressing room and an adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower  
  
\- Two bedrooms with 2 single beds each  
  
\- A second bathroom with bathtub  
  
\- An open kitchen with island and fully equipped with hob, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave and Dolce Gusto coffee machine  
  
\- A living room with lounge, TV and billiard table  
  
\- We provide you with sheets and towels.  
  
Arrival independently:  
To facilitate your arrival, entry will be done independently with a key box.
