Located in the peaceful La Clarté district of Perros-Guirec, Brittany, this 42 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests for a relaxing stay. You have one bedroom, a living room with comfortable sleeping arrangements, and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals at your convenience. Amenities include Wi-Fi, television, a washing machine, and, upon request, baby equipment (travel cot and high chair) for families with children.  
  
  
  
A key box is available for late arrivals.  
  
  
  
You will enjoy a private terrace and access to the enclosed shared garden, equipped with a barbecue, sun loungers, and children's games. This outdoor space is perfect for family activities or moments of relaxation.

You are ideally located less than one kilometre from Trestraou beach, the GR34 hiking trail, the water sports centre, cinema, casino, restaurants, and the Perros-Guirec thalassotherapy centre. This accommodation is the perfect starting point to discover the beautiful Pink Granite Coast. Beds will be made on your arrival and towels are provided. In July and August, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
